Sleep

I just wanted to let you all know that I slept much better last night. I'm thinking it was the restless back that was keeping me up. The pelvic joint pain is very painful when I roll over and get up, but not when I'm still... therefore I wouldn't think it would really cause me to lose much sleep. And while it is very painful... I can tolerate it at its current state. In hopes of keeping it from progressing... I did find a great PT today! The receptionist actually told me she has a lot of experience in helping women dealing with this issue. Yay! And I ordered the support band that my midwife also recommended. So hopefully we'll get this under control soon.
